The 2018 Ford Explorer is built around its interior. With three rows and seating for up to seven, it is one of the most family-friendly SUVs you can buy – and one of the most comfortable.
Seating
The Explorer seats seven with a second-row bench, or six with available second-row captain’s chairs. Upper trims offer heated and ventilated front seats with multi-contour massage, a heated steering wheel and heated second-row seats.

The available PowerFold third row folds flat at the push of a button – handy when you are loading sports gear or a weekend’s worth of luggage.
Technology
SYNC 3 with an 8-inch touchscreen supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and Ford’s available FordPass Connect adds a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot for up to 10 devices. A Sony premium audio system, dual-panel moonroof and 180-degree front camera are also available.
